Gurgaon : Time : 1700 Hrs :Precipitation : 100 % :Temp : 60 F : Isolated Thunderstorms
Joshua did not know how to console Samy."Hey Samy do not worry much.Let me talk to my dad and find out if anything can be done for this"
Samy in her weeping voice "GSA (Global Space Administration) is my dream ,my life Josh"
"How about myself Samy" Josh did not say these instead said "I know Samy.Am there by your side."intermitted for a while and asked overtenderly "Can i read the notice you received from them"
Samy handed over and Josh read it
Dear Candidate
We really appreciate you effort and interest in GSA Astro Physicist postion.And also delightful to note that you cleared all the Screening processes.However at this time we regret to inform you that we will not be continuing the process of pursuing your profile any further.The reason being a negative medical report of the fact that you underwent a short term therapy of rehabiliation.Space travelers and astronomical job indeed requires a stable mind to action balance.If you think the report we got was incorrect please quote us on the same and we can do the necessary actions on the same."
"Bull shit, it's a all a lie" called out Samy.Josh patiently asked her "Samy what exactly happened" he paused and silenced.
Samy wiping her eyes said "I was 10 by then..."
Samy was sitting on the couch eat-a-drinking her hot chocolate with marsh-mallows.
When Ram asked "Samy why did you always talk about Meghana when no one like that existed"Veena "Ram lets not bother her anymore.Please"
"Veenu be quiet for sometime" interrupted Ram.
"Dad.I told you everyone is lying" She rushed inside her room and came back with a notebook of hers.She opened and showed "Dad look this picture you see here.Meghana drew this for me on my birthday"
Ram could not control his anger he pulled the notebook and snapped off that page.
"Samy ,you are getting distracted too much. watching TV and getting in to imaginary friends"
Samy cried and went inside her room.Veena said "Ram why dont we just leave this, as if nothing happened"
Ram said "No Veenu.We need to get this corrected at this age else she will get insane.We are taking her to Dr Krishna this weekend"
After 30 min's of lone-time with Samy. Dr. Krishna called the parents.
"Ram.She strongly believes in the existence of Meghana. Do you have any relatives in this name or any friends" he asked
"No Krishna.But she all the time watch movies and cartoons, should have picked the name from any of it." said Ram
"This generation of Kids are most often fostered by a LCD TV.Now Ram i need you to bring her here every week at least for next 3 to 6 months.She needs some guidance.I can try my best to get this Meghana persona out of her mind"
Rain tried hard and gave up to drizzle outside and Josh was looking outside the window.Silence.They could only hear tiny droplets drumming over roof"Ok.What's it with Meghana.What exactly happened Samy.Would you like to share it with me" asked Josh
"There is no point,Josh you wont believe me, like the others" said Samy.
Josh wanted to make use of the situation
a)May be to gain confidence and undue attention of her
b)To at least get a hug from her
That being said -- he said "Samy i believe you.I don't care about anyone else.I care about you dear." and he said "I love you so much"that was the moment i would call.
Samy 'by principle' as a reaction to Josh action hugged him and cried on his shoulder.She trusted him for first time of all others when it comes about Meghana.
Samy's fragrance pushed Josh to cloud tagged '9'.He held her and little stiffer than necessitated for the scene.Just on an 'action point' concern of it, asked "Samy do you have anything with you that you can show me about Meghana"
After couple of hours of turning Samy's room upside-down she found her class notebook and showed him.Josh turned page by page and Samy showed the pages where Meghana laid out her art work.
Lot of beautiful work.
Josh asked "Samy you also draw pictures nicely rite"
Samy pulled the notebook "Josh get lost.You are not believing me right !!".
"Hey..hey.. i was just kidding" he got back and was seeing each page.His eyes puzzled on one particular page and asked Samy.
"Samy,do you know what this is" he showed the Emblem of Mercury Automobile drawn on the page.
"Meghana said this picture is from her dad's Identity card and i also remembered her Dads name is Sudhir"
"Do you know what this emblem is.Did you tell this to your parents" asked josh.
Samy said "No da.I don't know about this.And i did not tell them.That will drive them to think am crazy"
Later that night.
Josh could not sleep.He called up Thiru and spoke
"Dai Machi.Need a info from Sathish da.I need to find out about a person called Sudhir who worked in Mercury Auto.May be 15 years back"
"15 years back.Are you kidding.Anyways will cost more." giggled Thiru
"Life matter Machi.Pls help" they hung up.
The next Morning
Josh and Thiru met Sathish in a coffee shop.
Sathish works as a Senior Recruiter for Mercury Auto Inc.Sathish opened his laptop and pulled some records.Josh " Am sorry to bother you Sathish. Just wanted to hear that there is no Sudhir in the whole company"
"No you are wrong.I found two Sudhir's one from Kanpur and other from Gurgaon."
Josh exclaimed "WHAT!!"
and stammeringly added "Can you pls..pls..Hey..hey.. the one from Gurgaon.Can you pls give his current address and family details.Can you also.."
Sathish interrupted "Hey wait..cut it out dude..first let me check if have access to all that"
"I see that he was married and he had a kid.Am not able to pull the records further.And he was termitted 15 years back with a reason that he had Bipolar Disorder. OK dude.I gotta go"
Sathish stood up and said "Let me email this data sheet" and he left the place.
Josh on his way home took a print out of the data sheet.
Later that night at 11 PM.
Josha was lying in this couch and was deeply in thought.He was distressed that
how can it coincide the name and company that Samy said about .Did this Meghana ever exist?
All of a sudden his ipod dock started playing Chinna-chinna-roja-poove
Wind blew through the window, the printed data sheet flew around the room and landed on his chest.He looked at and started to tremble.
Back side of the sheet had a beautiful art of a family,dad, mom and a child in between.It never existed before when he took the print out.
An arrow mark drew from the Dads head pointed to something scrawled
Josh made it out with little difficulty and now he can see it clearly
"Daddy.C/O Doctor.Krishna.Residential Mental Asylum.Gurgaon."

Ram is in death bed.. he calls Veena and tells this... "Veena dear.. i really want to confess something.. there was really a person called Meghan.. she is none other than my daughter... she was born to me and meena... I didnt want to lose you and samy.. so i had no options and lied to you.."
he hee.. wat a horror ending to an horror story...
